GDI Services Inc. is providing facility maintenance and building services to many of the most recognized brands in the manufacturing, distribution, power generation, hospitality, health care and automotive industries. We are currently looking for a Part Time Janitorial worker in New bern, NC at the New bern Mall at 3134 Dr. M.L.K. Jr Blvd, New Bern, NC 28562. You will be responsible for the general cleaning and maintening of the New Bern Mall and surrounding it.

Pay: $13.00 an Hour / Weekly Pay!

Hours: Mostly Second Shift (4:00PM - 11:00PM) With Possible First Shift (11:00AM - 4:00PM)

Job Duties include but are not limited too:

• Cleaning Restrooms in the Building
• Vacuming Carpets in the Building's Hallways and stores
• Window Cleaning
• General Cleaning of all Common Areas and Stores
• Emptying Trash Cans
• Cleaning and sweeping the Parking Lot
• Various Other Forms of Cleaning to keep the Property in top Condition

Qualifications:

• Must Pass a Drugscreen and Background Check
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• The Ability to Work Alone or in a Team is a Must.
