Job Title: Operations Assistant / Clinical Position

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: $35,000 per year

Job Description: GDI Security Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant / Clinical Position to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our operations and supporting our clinical security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing essential support to our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the security team.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to obtain SLED Security License
